Payments: Payments must be received within 10 days or the item(s) will be returned to stock. All orders are first come. I accept secured Paypal payments, money orders and cashier checks. I will also accept a personal check but I will hold it for 14 business days for clearance by your bank. I only accept credit card payments through Paypal. If you wish to order and pay with a money order or check, please email me at Lilly@lillysvintagejewelry.com with the item # and title so that I can put it on hold until payment is received. Shipping in the United States with insurance is as follows: First Class (shipped in bubble wrapped envelope) International shipping should now be correct with the shopping cart! Returns: Items are listed "as is" & we have tried to describe all items completely & accurately. If for some reason you are not satisfied and I described in incorrectly, I will accept a return (minus shipping unless my error) IF: 1. We are emailed as soon as the item is received. 2. It is returned in the same condition as we sent it. 3. It is post-marked for return within 3 days of receiving it. The refund will be issued via paypal or business check upon receipt & inspection. Buyers remorse returns maybe subject to a 15% RESTOCKING FEE, due to multiple returns for this reason. Sorry, but it takes time and money to carefully package and ship items, just to have them come back just because.
