Gorgeous Vintage TOP Rhinestones Pearls Brooch A gorgeous quality bow brooch marked © TOP. This brooch is Rhodium plated with faux pearls and clear rhinestones. The clear baguettes are channel set and the round rhinestones are pave set. Very nice brooch. No info has been found on the TOP mark but has been seen on a few pieces that were also marked Weiss.
